Appointments

Standard appointments are typically 50 minutes long.
Initial appointments are approximately 1.5 hours long, during which time your psychologist will obtain detailed information about you and your needs. Please contact us for our latest fee schedule (After hours and weekend appointments may incur a surcharge).
Fees can be paid by cash, EFTPOS, or credit card at the end of each appointment. We offer on-site processing of Medicare rebates.
We do not provide psychometric assessments or medico-legal reports.

Medicare rebate

No referral is required for an appointment. However, if you receive a Mental Health Care Plan from your GP then you are eligible for a medicare rebate of $136.35 for up to 10 sessions (per calendar year).

Private health rebate

Many private health funds offer a rebate for psychology consultations. Please check with your fund as different funds provide different rebates based on your level of cover.

Cancellation fee

When less than 24 hours notice is given, or if you do not attend your scheduled session, a cancellation fee will apply.
